Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to NATIX GmbH (“NATIX GmbH”, “Us” or “We”) for a full refund or an exchange within fourteen (14) days of delivery for any reason, provided that the applicable law in your jurisdiction does not stipulate otherwise. (“You,” “Purchaser” or “End User” collectively referred to herein as “You” or “Your”). Please keep in mind this Refund Policy policy should be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use (“Terms”) and Privacy Policy displayed on https://shop.natix.network/policies/privacy-policy. Please carefully review this policy including the information below about eligible returns and our warranty. NATIX GmbH has sole discretion to determine eligibility for its warranty as described herein.
NATIX GmbH and its third party vendors provide commercially reasonable warranty as described herein, subject to the applicable laws of the Purchaser's jurisdiction. NATIX GmbH’s warranty however is limited by your use. For instance, NATIX GmbH is not responsible or liable for any defects or errors resulting from normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance or improper use of covered products or devices, such as the NATIX VX360, and as defined herein (“Product” or “Covered Device”). NATIX GmbH is not liable for any defects or errors related to your installation, handling and/or use of the Product including without limitation if a Covered Device dislodges from its position in the vehicle or in any way disrupts functioning of the vehicle.
This warranty does not apply to Products purchased from a third party (“Third Party Provider”).
In addition to the force majeure, limitation of liability and other related sections in the Terms of Use, NATIX GmbH reminds you of its limited liability for your approved use of the Product as it relates to Third Party Providers. The relationship between you and any Third Party Provider is strictly between you and such Third Party Provider, and NATIX GmbH is not obligated to intervene in any dispute arising between you and a Third Party Provider.
RETURNS
All returns must be requested within fourteen (14) days of the Product delivery date, by contacting us at carappsupport@natix.network with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. You will receive further instructions from us. Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions, and you will have an additional fourteen (14) days from the date of approval to send the product back to us. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels attached. Return orders may be cancelled at any point prior to shipping. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product to us, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
Returns and refunds are not available for Products not under warranty including the following:

Devices that are not purchased directly from https://www.natix.network/vx360-depin-dashcam

Covered devices that are not in the possession of the original Purchaser and/or are not supported by a valid proof of purchase

Covered devices that have defects and damages caused by

tampering including without limitation taking the device apart and modifying it in any way
-
misuse including without limitation using the device outside of its original design
-
abuse including without limitation intentionally subjecting the device unreasonably beyond normal wear and tear
-
improper installation including without limitation connecting the device to your vehicle that is outside of our recommended guidelines, and
-
normal wear and tear

Devices paired, by connecting to the mobile application, are considered used and are not eligible as covered devices in unused condition.
RETURN OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at carappsupport@natix.network with your order number and photos of the condition of the item and the packaging. We will review your claim and inform you whether your claim is accepted and the next steps.
1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
We offer a 1-year Limited Warranty ("Warranty"), applied to the following markets: the United States, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore. By purchasing and using the Product, the You agree to the terms of this Warranty.
This Warranty is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period"). During this Warranty Period, NATIX GmbH warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
NATIX GmbH agrees to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any defective Product that fails during the Warranty Period due to manufacturing defects.
Replacement or repair of a Product under this Warranty does not extend the original Warranty Period.
This Warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.

Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents, fading).
-
Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or power surges.
-
Products used for purposes other than their intended use.
This Warranty applies only to Products purchased and used in the United States, Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore.
This Warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy provided to the Customer for any defects in the Product. NATIX GmbH expressly disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NATIX GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profit, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Product.
This Warranty does not limit or exclude any rights the Customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws in the United States, Hong Kong, Japan, or Singapore.
RIGHT TO REFUND AND CANCEL SHIPMENT
In the event that the sale or distribution of the Product is determined to be legally prohibited, restricted, or subject to regulatory uncertainty, NATIX GmbH reserves the right to cancel the shipment of the Product. In such cases, NATIX GmbH will issue a full refund to the Purchaser without further liability. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel an order prior to shipment in the following circumstances, including but not limited to:

Situations where payment cannot be verified, is incomplete, or is suspected of fraud.

The product is no longer available due to unforeseen circumstances, including supply chain disruptions.

Errors in pricing, description, or other material inaccuracies in the listing.

Changes in applicable laws or regulations that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

Events beyond our control that impact our ability to deliver the product, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
If we cancel an order, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund of any amounts paid, using the original payment method. This cancellation right is exercised in compliance with applicable laws and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
