Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 24-48 hours to let you know your order has been confirmed.  Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 work days. 

LOCAL DELIVERY 

During checkout, enter your address and choose the shipping option. 

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rate is calculated based on the shipping address, where possible we offer a choice of carrier for your shipment. Shipments would be fulfilled from the warehouse closest to the shipping destination.

We offer free shipping worldwide, however, customs clearance and processing fees may apply to your order.

While shipping is free, in case item is returned and refunded, shipping and customs clearance charges incurred by NATIX GmbH will be deducted from the refund. Below is the table giving estimated range of shipping fees for orientation purposes only. 

* Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Shipping Fees are calculated on checkout. You can see the exact Shipping Fees for your order on the Checkout page.

** Switzerland Customs duties and fees are paid directly by customer and processed via DHL. Upon shipment arrival for customs clearance, customers expecting to receive device in Switzerland will be communicated via e-mail and  sms by DHL and will have 2 days to clear the customs fees via single payment link.
